1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Terra & Sol website and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer at the moment we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order for any reason, in which case any payment captured will be refunded in full.
Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the rare event of a pricing error, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over at the delivery address. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.

6. Intellectual property
All photography, product descriptions, and design elements on this site are the property of Terra & Sol or our partner artisans. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it is limited to the price of the item in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute that can't be resolved by correspondence is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your order applies to that order.
