How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5 business days from the maker's workshop. Once shipped, transit time depends on your destination — typically 3–7 days within the EU, 7–14 days for the US and UK, and 14–21 days elsewhere.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that the workshop has usually started packing, and we can't pull the piece back. Email us at hello@terraandsol.example with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Duties and import taxes for orders outside the EU are calculated at checkout where possible; otherwise they're collected by the carrier on delivery.

Are your ceramics food-safe?
Every piece on our store is lead-free and food-safe unless explicitly marked decorative. Hand-wash recommended; most are dishwasher-safe but glaze longevity is better with hand-washing.
Why are no two pieces identical?
Because each piece is genuinely handmade. Slight variations in glaze, color, and form are inherent to the craft. The photos on each product page are representative; the piece you receive will be its own thing.
Do you take custom orders?
Occasionally, for specific makers. Email us with what you have in mind and we'll forward the request to the workshop.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace the piece or refund you, your choice.

Can I visit the workshops?
Several of our makers welcome visitors by appointment. Each artisan profile page notes whether visits are possible and how to arrange one.
