Shipping
We ship from the maker's workshop, not from a central warehouse. That means a multi-item order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Orders over €150 ship free within the EU.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. If you don't see it within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and local sales tax are the recipient's responsibility unless our checkout collected them up front (US orders are typically delivered duty-paid; the rest depends on destination).
Returns
The 30-day window
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable.
How to return
- Email hello@terraandsol.example with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a return address (usually the workshop the piece shipped from).
- Pack the piece in its original wrap and ship it back. We recommend insuring the parcel.
- Once the workshop confirms receipt, we refund within 5 business days.
Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't as described.
Damaged on arrival
If a piece arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the broken piece.
